Fast food places are always either crowded or the drive thru lane is insane, and you know something is going to go wrong with your order.

That's why I was in for a surprise when I dared to try out Full Belly Deli in Henrietta for lunch. I knew it was risky going right at noon, but I figured I'd give it a whirl anyway.

Walking in minutes past noon, one would think the place would already be crowded. However, I lucked out. I walked up to the counter, where I was overwhelmed by the options on the menu: burgers, chicken sandwiches, subs, wraps, salads - and plenty of variety within those categories, too.

Whether you're in the mood for something spicy like the Jumpin' Jehosaphat sandwich (your choice of chicken, burger, or veggie burger prepared Cajun-style with jalapenos, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and salsa), or something cool and refreshing like the It's Greek to Me salad (grilled chicken served with tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese over a bed of greens) or something classic like the BLT (in wrap, sandwich or salad form), it's difficult to not find something that sounds appetizing.

And even though it's a deli, vegetarians need not shy away. Not only do they have veggie burgers, Full Beli Deli has other veggie-inspired options among their "specialty sandwiches."

By the time I ordered, paid, and sat down, the deli was full of hungry lunch-goers. I wondered how long I would have to wait for my food, but it was ready in probably less time than it took me to decide what to get.
My Jamaican Me Crazy chicken wrap was brought to my table within minutes. Stuffed with Caribbean jerk chicken, lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese, salsa and ranch dressing, I knew I was going to have a full belly by the time I was done.

I was glad that I decided against the option to make my wrap a meal with the addition of waffle fries and a drink (just $2.99 extra), although the fries did look delicious when I saw them delivered to the gentleman at the table across from me.
