That's kind of catchy - it's got a nice ring to it
What all of you Tony Stark fanatics have been waiting for is finally here: Iron Man 2. Robert Downey Jr. has suited up for the second time with a stellar supporting cast of Scarlett Johansson, Mickey Rourke and Samuel L. Jackson. The film is to be released May 7, in time to avoid the crushing blow "Twi-hards" will deliver upon the June 10 release of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse.
Manolos are a girl's best friend
Are you a Carrie or a Samantha? No need to choose. Your four favorite ladies are back in one of the most anticipated sequels of the year: Sex and the City 2. Many sneaky photographers have captured shots of the filming of the movie, creating numerous questions. Is Samantha getting married? Why are they in Morocco? Plan a trip to your local movie theater on May 28 and all of those burning questions will be answered.
Don't stop believing
Fox's breakout star and Golden Globe winner Glee is returning for a second season slated to begin on April 13. The musical comedy set in a high school in Ohio started out as a cult classic and developed into a full-on phenomenon within the first few episodes.
Not so 'lost' anymore
After a mind-boggling six seasons, Lost is scheduled to premiere its final season on Feb. 2. Every (or at least a lot) of our questions will be answered with hopefully no Sopranos-like blackout. Aren't we all dying to know what is up with the four-toed statue?
Do a little dance
When most of us think of the second semester at Fisher, we think of fresh notebooks and snowy, slush-filled walks to Basil. Others start counting down the days to Teddi, the one night where we get to shake our booties for a good cause. This 24-hour calorie-burning event is scheduled for Feb. 12-13. And remember to lace up your kicks for CAC's annual Relay for Life on April 16.
Go team, go!
Be prepared for Olympic mania and a whole lot of "Go USA!" on Feb. 12 as it marks the beginning of the Winter Olympics in Vancouver, BC. Labeled as one to watch, U.S. skier Bode Miller is going for the gold in four events. Also, the June 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa will mark the first time the tournament is held in an African nation. Dust off your jersey and break out the face paint.
