Move review: Paranormal Activity gives goosebumps

The only thing I will say about the ending is that it gives me goosebumps. I hope you feel the same way when you watch it.
Paranormal Activity is a very unique film in the way it was made. The film had a budget of $15,000 to make. In the first week alone, it made over $9 million.
This is not bad for a film that took exactly one week to shoot and the director filmed the entire movie from his house.
Oren Peli is the mastermind behind this movie, who wrote and directed it. Ever heard of him? Probably not. This is the first move he has ever made.
He has been scared of ghosts since he was a child and had an experience that led him to write this movie.
He was sleeping one night and an entire box of detergent fell off of a shelf. He claims that the box was pushed back on the shelf so there was no way it could have just fallen off.
Oren Peli turns a scary experience into a terrifying movie. This has to be one of the scariest and most realistic paranormal movies written.
It is a great movie if you don't mind sleeping with your lights on for the next two weeks.

this is a shame I am a lead investigator for OTOS and I think it is a shame to mock what us ghost hunters have been trying to prove for some time now shame on all the mockers out there and for telling people this is just something in just there head when me myself have felt the power of what a ghost can do shame on you shame on all of you . are you kidding me? there was nothing scary about this movie, if it was a reenactment of the a real story, then yeah it would have given me a goose bump or two, but other than that there was nothing in this flick that you would not see weekly in paranormal state or other shows like that on TV. I thought it was really scary, 10 mins into the movie i was about to change it cause it was slow, but then it started to get creepy, I guess its so scary because it manifest your own ideas about what might be standing at the foot of the bed, invisible creeping under your bedsheet or watchin you sleep

Just watched this movie... was very disappointed. When I hear people say that a movie is realy scary, my first instinct is to not believe them. This movie in no way has changed my mind. (Continued…)

Just watched this movie after I was told it was the scariest movie ever.....was totally disappointed!!! Other than a couple of loud bangs (which would scare anyone), there wasn't even anything startling about it. (Continued…)

This movie made me want to punch these two in the face.If Katie hated the camera so much,why did she hold like 3 or 4 times.I have to admit though,It was a little scary,but the acting was annoying,I guess cause I knew the movie was fake like in 30 minutes of the movie. (Continued…)
