Senior appreciates his time at Fisher

In this version of signing off as a Fisher undergraduate student, there will be no professor or course bashing, there will be no crude remarks, nor will there be any shots taken at any faculty members or security guards.
Conversely, this walk-off bid will reflect love, praise and appreciation for this shared community dedicated to excellence.
One of the things I noticed right off the bat about St. John Fisher College is that it is filled with genuine characters whose class and charisma go much further than exceptional GPAs and academic honors. The culture of excellence and pure determination that lives amongst the student body is something every student here should value and be grateful for.
So some love needs to shined on those who've simply shown me love in my two years here as a transfer student. The relationships and bonds that have been constructed here at Fisher amongst the football team, the Cardinal Courier and the Communication/ Journalism Department will be what I take away and cherish the most, along with the many lessons I've stumbled upon as well.
Praise should be given to all of those who have made this a community, one in which I have experienced respect, open-mindedness, integrity and many of the other elements of the Fisher creed. Also, a large serving of praise should be given to those who have made this Cardinal community a safe and effective environment.
As a graduating senior this is a moment that has been long awaited and eagerly looked forward to. However, this is a moment that has been dreaded as well because I will be leaving behind an authentic collection of intellectual masterpieces.
In closing, for the returning members of the student body; before your time is over here take sometime out to realize what you have in this learning institution at St. John Fisher. Grasp the fact that you are a part of an elite group of individuals.
Understand and take great pride in the fact that all of your hard work will one day be prosperously stamped with the rich Fisher brand.
