Although Alfred wasn't Fisher's toughest challenge, the Cardinals still needed to stay focused and play to their fullest potential. Losing these games could knock them down in the rankings for the E8 Tournament and cost the team a chance to host a game in the tournament.

"Alfred isn't a Nazareth team, but we knew we had to beat them because it could have potentially knocked us down a spot or two as far as playoffs go," Venuti said. "We would like to get a home game in the playoffs because it's a huge advantage. We need to look at Utica as not just another game or another team because its not who you play, its how you play."

Fisher will be traveling to Utica on Saturday and need to keep playing like it has been all season in order to avoid a let down.

"Every team in the E8 is a great team," Malone said. "Any team can win on any given day. We need to keep focused and make sure we don't come into a game thinking we're better than anyone. We don't want to have any let downs and we want to finish out the season strong."

"We need to keep the same attitude we've had all season," Venuti said. "Utica has knocked us off before and hurt our playoff standings knocking us down a few spots. We have to come in ready to play just like we did against Nazareth and Ithaca. If we play to our fullest potential and play a full 60 minutes then teams will have a hard time stopping us."
