"Slap the Bag" can be an extremely fun game, but it should only be played with the permission of the Franzia owner. Let's leave it at that.
Despite popular belief, I think it makes no difference what order you drink your beer and liquor in; the only thing that will predict your fate is how much of it you drink.
That being said, it is never really a good idea to mix. You might as well pick one and stick with it. Out of personal experience (which ask my friends, I have plenty of experience), I would say stick to beer. And if you're going to drink beer, drink Coors Light because it is delicious, refreshing and most importantly, cheap.
Finally, don't ever pass up an opportunity to stop and say hello to a friend. Even if you don't know the person very well or may have drifted apart, make the time to interact with them. You never know, it might be the last time you will ever see this person again and you don't want to have to live with yourself for letting that moment pass you by.
On that note, I would like to thank everyone who has followed my column throughout these past couple years. If I offended you, you'll get over it. If I made you laugh, that was the point. If I made you think differently about something, that was my ultimate goal. But now it is time to step off my soap box and get a real job … eventually.
