Vosburgh snags 100th win of his career as Cardinals clinch a share of the Empire 8 title

With the season winding down, the St. John Fisher Cardinals football team ended conference play with a bang. Fisher routed Hartwick College 56-13 on the Hawks' home turf to close the regular season and clinch a share of the Empire 8 Championship. The Cardinals share the league crown with the Alfred Saxons, who receive the E8's automatic NCAA bid because they defeated Fisher in the teams' meeting in October.… Post the First Comment

The St. John Fisher Cardinals (9-7-1) (4-3-0) felt that pain when they lost 2-1 to rival Nazareth College (11-4-2) (5-0-2) at Golden Flyer Stadium on Nov. 6.
