Lackmann representatives host Q&A
Lackmann Regional Operational Vice President Joe Rudolph and District Manager Shelly Canonico answered questions from St. John Fisher College students for more than an hour Thursday evening in Basil Auditorium.
Though just 19 Fisher students were in attendance for the Q&A session, more than two dozen questions were asked and Rudolph and Canonico made sure to stay until every last question had been answered.…

Lackmann stresses student interaction
Representatives from Lackmann Culinary Services have stressed that the company will have an open-door policy when it comes to interacting with the students who call St. John Fisher College home.
According to Joe Rudolph, vice president of Regional Operations, Lackmann will embrace that philosophy when it comes to the off-campus community as well.…

Changes in future for facilities
Lackmann is proposing several changes to the facilities on campus. Concerning the secondary dining areas on campus Rudolph said, "There won't be many structural changes to the Cyber Café, it's the one place on campus that really stays open all year long. It's strategically located, but I see that it needs extensive menu changes, more variety of products, maybe a little better quality.…

New options to be offered
Lackmann hopes to change the view of the dining hall from a cafeteria to a restaurant.
When discussing the main dining hall Rudolph said, "There is no question the [Ward/Haffey] dining hall is a really beautiful facility. It needs some concept changes."
He talked about keeping the stir fry, but offering some new options and "definitely keeping the pizza and pasta areas, but the delivery [of the food] will change.…

Several students were taken aback when it was announced that Bon Appétit would no longer be the Dining Service of St. John Fisher College.
