		Borough parking gets pricier for students

IUP students who live off-campus may find their wallets a bit lighter this year when it comes to parking in the borough. Previously, borough permit parking stickers were available for a $10 fee to permanent and nonpermanent residents alike. This year, parking stickers are free for permanent residents.
